I write in reference to Stefan Greenway who built a house for us in 1999. The house was a little unusual in that it was in a Sante Fe style and was unlike anything Stefan had built previously. From the outset, however, we found Stefan to be enthusiastic about the project and he was able to offer a lot of useful advice during the planning stage. He went out of his way to get competitive quotes and was able to recommend excellent sub-contractors for the construction. Once the building began we found him to be totally reliable and the house was completed on time and to a high standard.

Throughout the building time we greatly appreciated Stefan's honesty in our dealing with him and also the flexibility he showed, as he was happy to accommodate changes we decided on mid way through. When we build again we will definitely use Stefan as we know we will have a home completed to a high standard, on time and at the agreed price. In 2005 Greenway Developments completed another house for Lee and Andy.
